The Veterans Crisis Line connects Veterans in crisis and their families and friends with qualified, caring Department of Veterans Affairs responders through a confidential toll-free hotline, online chat, or text. Veterans and their loved ones can call 1-800-273-8255 and Press 1, chat online, or send a text message to 838255 to receive confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This super cool online community, designed for kids aged 6-17 whose parents are in the military hosts a variety of topics and gives kids an opportunity to engage in activities to manage stress, ask questions, tell their story, talk about tough topics and explore and learn about places they or their family members may be based. Military Kids Connect is a great resource for a child who has a family member in the military!

Military OneSource is a confidential Department of Defense-funded program providing comprehensive information on every aspect of military life at no cost to active duty, National Guard, and reserve members, and their families.Information includes, but is not limited to, deployment, reunion, relationships, grief, employment and education, counseling, parenting and childhood services. Military OneSource has extensive family resources and tip sheets on all aspects of parenting and understanding the needs of children and teens.

Zero to Three not only has tons of great resources on parenting babies and toddlers but also hosts a wealth of resources to increase awareness and help address the needs of babies, toddlers, and their military-connected families.
