School-Based Health
Centers - In an effort to create awareness about the unique
benefits of School-Based Health Centers, SCHA-MI will be releasing a
series of “Did You Know” documents promoting the positive impact
SBHCs have on their students, schools, and communities.

The Technical
Assistance Partnership for Child and Family Mental
Health (TA Partnership) provides technical
assistance to system of care communities funded by the
Comprehensive Community Mental Health Services for
Children and Their Families Program. The TA Partnership
is a collaboration between the American Institutes for
Research and the Federation of Families for Children's
Mental Health. It includes information on child welfare,
education, family involvement, juvenile justice, mental
health, primary care, substance abuse, sustainability,
and youth involvement.

Care Notebook
- An organizing tool for families to help you
keep track of important information your child's medical history and
current information about your child's care, services, and
providers. A notebook is a great tool for empowering families to
become the experts on their child's care.

Evidence-based Programs
- To assist families, consumers, and the general public in
identifying evidence-based interventions that can prevent and/or

National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion
