2018 ACMH Annual Conference

 This year’s conference theme is We are Family. A famous duo once said:             “Ohana means family and family means nobody gets left behind” ~ Lilo & Stitch

At ACMH we believe we are all Ohana ~ working together, sharing expertise and cooperating together to make sure that all children and youth with mental health challenges and their families gets what they need! It will take all of our collective wisdom and knowledge to improve mental health services and supports – so be sure to join us and our extended family including youth, families and community partners from across Michigan at this year’s conference!

Conference registration is a bargain at $40.00 and includes materials and lunch!

Family & Youth Scholarships: A limited number of family & youth scholarships will also be available. If you would like to request a scholarship to cover the cost of registration simply select the Parent & Youth Scholarship Request Ticket option below. You may receive an ‘page not found ‘ error message after completing the booking form but you will receive a confirmation email once your scholarship request is received.If you have questions about registration, scholarships or if you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours after submitting a scholarship request booking form email Terri at [email protected] or contact the ACMH state office at 517-372-4016. **Paid registrations will not receive a confirmation e-mail from ACMH but rather a ticket receipt at the end of the paypal transaction.

Agencies/Individuals needing to pay by check instead of using a credit card or Paypal: In order to pay by a check please complete the 2018 ACMH Conference Ticket online booking form below and write your plans for payment in the comment section of the bottom of the form. The automated registration system will still take you to the Paypal link but simply click out of it and your registration will still be processed. Once we receive your registration we will send you a confirmation email and invoice you as requested.
