The ACMH Statewide Parent Advisory Committee exists to create positive change in children’s mental health by utilizing the voice and expertise of parents and caregivers currently raising children with mental health challenges. Providing an opportunity to highlight issues important to them and youth and families across our state. Advisory Committee members use their voice of experience to raise awareness about current needs and challenges facing youth with mental health challenges and their families and most importantly utilize their expertise to educate and inform policymakers, service providers and system improvement efforts. Helping to shape mental health services, supports, systems and policies that work!
