ACMH 2025 Fall Conference – What to Expect

Date: Tuesday, September 16, 2025  |  Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM  |  Location: Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, East Lansing, MI

Event Details

  • Check-in & Breakfast: 8:00 AM (light breakfast & coffee)
  • Program Start: 9:00 AM
  • Closing: 4:00 PM (giveaway & reflections)

Opening Program (9:00 AM)

  • Welcome: Krissy Dristy, Director of Peer Programs, ACMH
  • Remarks: Carla Pretto, Executive Director, ACMH, Bob Sheehan, CEO, CMHAM and State Representative Regina Weiss

Keynote: Conversation moderated by Krissy Dristy with Youth Peer Support Specialist Madelynn Nagy and Parent Support Partner Kathy O’Neill—how lived experience drives change for families across Michigan.

Parking

For Attendees Paying for Their Own Parking
  • No ticket is issued when you enter the garage. Simply drive in and park. Note you license plate number!
  • You must pay at a kiosk upon arrival (not when exiting). You will need your license plate number! Kiosk locations:
    • Inside the hotel lobby (near the ATM) – 2 kiosks
    • On the ground floor of the parking ramp – 3 kiosks
    • At the garage entrance/exit point – 1 kiosk
For Parents, Caregivers, and Families (Parking Covered by ACMH)
  • ACMH will cover parking fees for parents, caregivers, and families.
  • You will receive a separate notification with the QR code and instructions.
  • If you are staying overnight: do not use the QR code. Instead, you will receive a parking pass from the hotel front desk at check-in. Using the QR code in addition to the hotel pass may result in a double charge.
Payment is by credit or debit card. If you do not have a way to pay this way, please reach out to us in advance so we can help make arrangements.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Conference Date: Tuesday, September 16, 2025
  • Registration Deadline: Monday, September 8, 2025
  • Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be received by September 8, 2025.
  • Processing Fees: Refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable processing fees charged by the registration platform.
  • After September 8, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
  • Substitutions: You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost; please notify us at least 48 hours before the event.
  • No-Shows: Registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in advance are not eligible for a refund.
