During this April 10th event, ACMH youth/young adults and families joined together for a free virtual workshop to learn how to strategically share their mental health journey and use social media as a tool to reach others.

Participants also learned how they could get involved in ACMH’s #WalkInMyShoes hashtag event across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
